Forward missed calls to CallClasp

Keep the number your customers already call. Send only the calls you don't answer. These are the public star codes the carriers publish — confirm them in your account, because business lines sometimes differ from consumer lines. Use the CallClasp number on your account.

Bell
  1. Dial *68* then the CallClasp number, then #, to send unanswered calls.
  2. Dial *67* plus the number, then #, to forward when your line is busy.
  3. Dial #68# and #67# to turn those forwards off.
Rogers
  1. Open the MyRogers app → wireless → call forwarding, or dial *21* plus the CallClasp number, then #.
  2. Use *61* for no-answer and *62* for unreachable if you only want the misses, not every call.
  3. Dial #21# (or the matching code) to cancel.
Telus
  1. In the My Telus app, search Call forwarding and choose no-answer or busy.
  2. Or dial *71* plus the CallClasp number, then #, for immediate forwarding while you test.
  3. Dial *73# to cancel immediate forwarding.

When the forward is on, call your own shop line from a cell and let it ring out. You should hear the CallClasp greeting, then a booking text. Back to the checklist
