From a missed ring to a job on the board
CallClasp is the after-hours and overflow receptionist for busy businesses. It does not replace your team. It catches the calls they cannot take.
1. Your number stays the one customers already call
You forward busy and no-answer — or after-hours — to the CallClasp line. Rogers, Bell, and Telus all do this with a star code or in their app. We wrote the steps down.
2. The greeting tells the truth
Callers hear that an assistant is answering and that the call may be recorded. That disclosure is on by default, for PIPEDA. Press 0 at any point and the call goes to the owner or whoever is on-call. We do not hide the AI.
3. It books the work, not a voicemail
Name, callback number, address, what's needed, and when they can be there. Urgent jobs book the first slot and text you immediately. Everything else offers the next open window and writes it to Google Calendar. Growth and Pro include Jobber sync. That link is still an example in the app.
4. You decide from a text or the app
Every booking arrives with three links: Approve, Call back, Reassign. Hang-ups get a follow-up text so the lead is not gone. Monday morning you get a recap of jobs and dollars that came in while you were on another call. The same screens exist on the web, which is what you install as the phone app.
5. Money stays on the website
Plans, cards, invoices, and cancellation live on this site and in Stripe. The installed app is for running the day. Staff join with a company code like NORTH-7K4Q. They never see billing.

The demo line page plays a sample script. Signup takes the card on the website.
